## Default monthly progressive pricing, excluding VAT
- Properties 1–25: £2.50 each
- Properties 26–50: £2.25 each
- Properties 51–75: £2.00 each
- Properties 76–100: £1.75 each
- Properties 101–125: £1.50 each
- Properties 126–150: £1.25 each
- Properties 151+: £1.00 each
Each rate applies only to properties within that band. This is marginal progressive pricing, so entering a lower-rate band never reprices the whole portfolio and adding a property cannot reduce the total bill. Customer-specific flat rates, custom bands, minimums and add-on prices may be configured.
Occupied, vacant and normally archived properties remain billable. Only properties permanently archived before calendar month end are excluded from that month’s count. A permanently archived property requires platform administrator approval before it can be reactivated.
