Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can a property be linked to more than one company?

Records are company-isolated. Any supported multi-company relationship is validated so records cannot be linked across company boundaries accidentally.

Can an archived property still be reported on?

Yes. A normally archived property remains available for authorised historical reporting and remains billable. A permanently archived property is excluded from future month-end billing and can be reactivated only after platform administrator approval.

Does the system stop overlapping tenancies?

Yes. Active tenancy dates are checked to protect a property from conflicting active occupancy periods.

Can documents be stored against a property?

Yes. Property-specific documents can be securely linked to the correct property and compliance records for authorised access.
