Renew and Comply

How it fits together

A clear workflow from record to action and history

1

Review live operations

Use portfolio dashboards to see occupancy, compliance, maintenance and finance.

2

Filter the detail

Open searchable reports and export only authorised company data.

3

Close the billing month

Count occupied, vacant and normally archived properties at calendar month end, excluding only those permanently archived before the cutoff, then apply the customer’s pricing rules.

4

Preserve the invoice

Store property counts, bands, add-ons, VAT and discounts so future pricing changes cannot alter history.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does the dashboard show?

It can show total, occupied and vacant properties, active tenancies, expiring and overdue compliance, open maintenance and financial summaries.

Can company data be exported?

Yes. Authorised users can export searchable company data according to their permissions.

Can billing be run twice for the same company and month?

No. Duplicate-run protection allows only one closed billing run per company per month.

Do archived properties affect billing?

Normally archived properties remain billable. Only properties permanently archived before month end are excluded; a permanent archive applied after month end does not change the already closed snapshot, and reactivation requires platform administrator approval.
